The two new processes allow you to enquire for a large bulk order, or buy and personalise individual school leavers hoodies! Both effortlessly simple and hugely time-saving!
Bulk Order Process

Use the simple bulk order generator to create your exact hoodie, setup and delivery requirements — within seconds you’ll see your unique price and turnaround times! Submit your quote and get a reply from a member of our team.
School Setup
If you choose to have an online store, you’ll receive your unique website address for students/parents to order their own sizes, colours & add personalisations. Alternatively, collect orders manually using our supplied spreadsheet.
Printing & Delivery
Once all the orders are placed, the shop will be closed and the printing will begin. Delivery will either be made in bulk to your school address for students to collect, or if chosen they will be dispatched to home addresses.

Firstly, select one of our superb quality hoodies as a base for your new custom design. We only stock the best hoodies that we can source, with a choice of standard, deluxe, zip or contrast; all in a variety of colours!
Choose Hoodie Design
You then have a choice of 12 ready-made designs, brand new for 2021 and unique to our school leavers company. Select the front and back print as well as any customisation you would like including initials, nicknames & embroidery.
Order and Delivery
Once you’ve selected your personalised design and completed the order, the hoodie is then produced entirely in-house! We will print and personalise your design and ship as soon as we can!

How long to produce my order?
Once payment has been received delivery will be approx 2 weeks, this can at busy times be slightly longer or if requested we can turn some orders around within 48 hours. If you’re in a hurry you can select the express service as part of the enquiry.
How Do I Get An Online Shop For My School?
When you submit a bulk enquiry you have the choice of an online shop or manual ordering. The online shop is created by your designated customer service agent and it allows parents/students access to order their own hoodies. This removes all the stress of taking orders manually and gives the freedom of personalisation to the students.
Do Your Prices Include VAT?
Yes our prices include VAT and all set up charges.
Do Your Provide An Express Service?
As we produce all of our hoodies ‘in-house’ we can turn an order around within 48 hours but there will be a small surcharge for express orders. Individual orders using the custom hoodie builder will take up 2 weeks for printing and delivery.
Can I request a sample hoodie beforehand?
Yes of course! We offer four different styles of hoodie so it’s more than understandable you’d like to feel the quality and sizes for yourself. Simply use our free sample form to request a sample. Alternatively we will discuss samples once you submit a bulk order enquiry.
Is There A Maximum Number Of Characters For A Nickname?
We recommend sticking to around 12 characters per nickname, but this is up to you. Initials on the front of the hoodie are set to a maximum of 3 characters.
Can I Choose Multiple Hoodie Colours For My Bulk Order?
Yes you can choose as many colours of hoodie as you like at no extra cost. Simply use our bulk order generator and we will be in touch with the colour options available for your hoodie.
Is there a minimum order?
We have no minimum order, you can order just one hoodie through our new hoodie builder! However prices are reflected in the number of hoodies you order, so the more hoodies you order the cheaper the price. Use our bulk order form to enquire.
Does our school all need the same design?
Unfortunately yes. Your bulk quote will be for one style of print as it takes a huge amount of time and effort for each print. Each hoodie can be personalised with initials and nicknames at an extra cost.
